The transaction brings together two established family-owned businesses with complementary strengths, building on Putnam’s long-standing customer relationships, reputation for service, and experienced team as it joins Bottini Fuel’s broader platform.
Blue Peak Resources served as exclusive advisor to Putnam Propane Gas, Inc. and Putnam Energy, Inc., providing strategic guidance and transaction management throughout the sale process.
